PlainsCapital Bank is currently looking to hire a Treasury Management Solutions Operations Specialist in Irving, Texas. The Treasury Management (TM) Solutions Operations Specialist is responsible for the delivery of highly personalized client service engagements with an area of focus primarily serving the treasury management operational tasks. The TM Solutions Operations Specialist will serve as the front-line contact for all TM operational requests. These requests include, but are not limited to, TM product operations, specific product support and client assistance, and settlements and specialty account products. The TM Solutions Operations Specialist will also serve as a second-tier support resource for all TM teams and internal partners to assist with complex client requests that require additional time and resources to complete.

PlainsCapital Bank is currently looking to hire a Treasury Management Solutions Operations Specialist in Irving, Texas. The Treasury Management (TM) Solutions Operations Specialist is responsible for the delivery of highly personalized client service engagements with an area of focus primarily serving the treasury management operational tasks. The TM Solutions Operations Specialist will serve as the front-line contact for all TM operational requests. The TM Solutions Operations Specialist will also serve as a second-tier support resource for all TM teams and internal partners to assist with complex client requests that require additional time and resources to complete.
Responsibilities
- Assists and solves escalated client issues through effective interaction with clients and internal teams in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborates with all TM and back-office partners to initiate vendor support tickets for TM products and operational services.
- Provides support to customers and TM partners for complex requests such as payee positive pay, custom lockbox setups, investment accounts, sweep accounts, SFTP transmissions, and all specialty account products.
- Performs timely and accurate processing of all settlement operation tasks such as reconciliations for the IDP, ICS, CDARs, and investment sweeps and the related transfers and fee wire payments.
- Serves as the frontline contact and support resource for all TM specialty account services including Deposit Account Control Agreements, Master Signature Cards, Agent Signature Cards, Escrwo account services, and National Warehouse Lending accounts.
- Serves as a point of contact and resource for TMCS and TM Sales to assess, escalate, and improve client service and product solutions by partnering with IT and vendor resources.
- Adheres to all departmental policies and procedures as well as all applicable state and federal rules and regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
- 2 or more years of progressive experience in treasury management or related field. Direct experience in Treasury Management Operations a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven strong service orientation and professional customer service skills with the ability to spend significant amounts of time answering customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Salesforce, Digital Banking Technology, Microsoft Office suite of products (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn and utilize custom banking systems and applications in a rapidly changing business and technology environment.
- Must be self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail, high level of accountability, and the ability to work independently.
- Must be able to think strategically and collaborate well with others.
