What You’ll Do:
- Assist in planning, setting up, and executing music and hospitality events across the state.
- Support event logistics, including guest check-ins, vendor coordination, and backstage operations.
- Work closely with artists, sponsors, and hospitality teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Provide top-tier customer service and ensure an unforgettable experience for attendees.
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and think on your feet to keep events running seamlessly.
- Travel across Illinois to different venues and be part of exciting industry happenings.
