The Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with construction experience is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing workplace safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices. This role focuses on minimizing risks, preventing workplace accidents, and fostering a culture of safety on construction sites.

WHO YOU ARE
- You have a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
- You have 5 years of safety management experience in the construction industry.
- You have in-depth knowledge of OSHA standards, construction safety regulations, and risk management.
- You have strong communication, training, and leadership skills.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You will develop and enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, ANSI, NFPA).
- You will conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
- You will provide safety training and education to employees, contractors, and management.
- You will investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, recommending corrective actions.
- You will maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and compliance audits.
- You will lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills.
- You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction staff to integrate safety into project planning.
- You will ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety protocols.
- You will stay updated on industry regulations, emerging risks, and best practices in construction safety.
