Proposal (Marketing) Specialist

WHO YOU ARE

• You’re a talented professional with an interest in AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) proposals. You are skilled in planning, preparing, and producing client-focused materials. You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have a strong desire to succeeed. One year of experience in a professional environment and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required.
• You’re eager to learn and grow, and can multitask with the best of them. We’re looking for someone who enjoys managing multiple assignments concurrently and performs well in a well-balanced, deadline-driven environment. While we value experience, we recognize that talent and motivation are equally important.
• You’re a people person. You’re friendly and enthusiastic about working in a fun and engaging environment. Connecting with people is important and customer experience is a priority. You’re able to quickly develop strong, strategic, and positive working relationships across all levels of an organization.
• You’re a good writer, communicator, and listener. Your written and verbal communication skills are the envy of others. You have a proven ability to copywrite, proofread, and / or edit to produce high-quality deliverables.
• You’re proficient with relevant business and design applications. Microsoft Office proficiency is a must; working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Deltek Vision, VantagePoint or similar CRM a plus.
