Delivery and Installation Technician

Job Overview:

Primero Games is seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery And Installation Technician to become a part of our expanding team! This hands-on role involves delivering, installing, and troubleshooting our innovative products both at customer locations and within our company network. A valid driver's license, excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive to various customer locations and to other Primero Games locations to deliver or pick up inventory according to established schedule, ensuring safe transportation, using a company vehicle. This includes loading and unloading the truck.
• Once delivered, set up vending machines, kiosks, and ad display monitors.
• Troubleshoot both hardware and software while in the field.
• Install components into cabinets according to assembly instructions.
• Complete subassemblies of components according to production schedule.
• Maintain inventory of parts assigned and ensure changes of physical inventory movement are entered into the system.
• Perform troubleshooting and reworking of products that are returned from quality control.
• Assist with creating and updating procedures for cabinet assemblies and subassemblies.
• Load and unload cabinets for customers at our Appleton location.
• Perform installations of equipment and systems according to specifications and safety guidelines.
• Conduct safety checks on company vehicles
• Handle heavy lifting tasks associated with the delivery and installation processes.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Other Responsibilities: (May include some or all):

• Complete inventory counts.
• Enter inventory movement into computer system to match the physical location of inventory items.
• Perform quality control checks on subassemblies and/or cabinets.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Medical DOT certification.
• Satisfactory background check plus an MVR.
• Flexibility of schedule is required to work varied shifts on occasion, potentially including weekends or evenings during peak periods.
• Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
• Minimum of 1 or more years of previous delivery or box truck experience is strongly preferred.
