We are looking for a consistent, reliable and hardworking individual to assist in leading teams and cleaning public schools. Our jobs are recession proof and offer guaranteed 40 hours per week, benefits, plus some over time. We pride our selves in cleaning the schools with our proven schedule cleaning system. We clean, disinfect, vacuum, polish floors, class rooms carpets, gyms and cafeterias.

Pay:

Starting at $16/hour

Work Schedule:

7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Guaranteed 40 hours per week!

Must pass a criminal background screening.

Must have verifiable leadership experience.

Morning Shift, some overtime required.

Bilingual (Spanish - English) helpful but not required

Duties:

- Oversee and coordinate the daily cleaning and maintenance operations of the facility
- Perform a variety of custodial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, sanitary, and presentable
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Train and supervise custodial staff members
- Schedule and assign tasks to custodial staff
- Inspect work performed by custodial staff to ensure quality standards are met
- Respond to and resolve any custodial -related issues or concerns

Experience:

- Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance roles
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
