At least 10 years of full time experience
Strong experience with Agile methodologies and proven ability to create effective user stories
Experience with data mapping for adding new tables/fields to systems or transferring data between systems
Demonstrated ability to support stakeholder User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence
Understanding of software development lifecycle including development, testing, and release processes
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technical environment
Strong communication skills to facilitate requirements gathering from diverse stakeholders
