Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical requirement specifications for system enhancements and reporting/data needs to IT development team
- Configure Payroll system according to business requirements. Coordinate with technical teams for any required customizations or enhancements
- Provide Functional and technical support to the payroll functional team.
- Analyze and design solutions to enhance payroll functionality in Oracle HCM
- Develop and deliver training programs and support materials to educate end-users on Payroll system functionality, features, and best practices
- Manage system maintenance activities, including applying patches, upgrades, and ensuring data integrity. Coordinate with IT teams for system integration and troubleshooting payroll issues.
- Perform regression testing for changes to payroll configuration and related application upgrades
- Works with corporate HR and Payroll functions to streamline, document and improve existing and new processes using Oracle HCM and third-party software solutions like ADP, Kronos, etc.
- Provides quality assurance and testing on newly developed customizations and reports before deploying to the user group
Requirements:

- Experience with the following Oracle HCM modules: Payroll
- Experience with reporting
