Job Description:
This role is a dual role of a TPM and Scrum.
Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) and coaching teams on Agile best practices.
Work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to ensure successful project execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and deep expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
Knowledge of SAFe Agile, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks. -IT Software Engineering Experience or networking experience managing a team size of 20-25 people divided across multiple projects and workstreams
