Title - UI/UX Designer
Location - Dallas, TX (Onsite Locals Preferred)
Duration - Contract - 12 months

Job Description:
- 7 years of experience in UI/UX design showcasing designs and problem-solving approaches.
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Angular 2 preferred) and front-end development
- Experience designing complex software interfaces with a focus on usability and efficiency.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in iterative development cycles.
- Familiarity with lifecycle management tools such as JIRA, DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Ability to justify and communicate design decisions effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and UI optimization.
