Role: Business Analyst (Banking and Payment domain)

Skills Required:
- IT experience majorly in financial services industry; international banking experience a plus
- Experience working in the banking and payment domain: high- and low-value payments, SWIFT, real-time payments, cheque clearing, and ACH payments.
- Experience and knowledge of payments industry formats such as SWIFT messaging and integrations with transaction monitoring systems.
- Business analysis and design experience, including payment, monitoring, settlement, cash flow, accounting, and reconciliation, is a plus.
- Strong data collection skills and the ability to present and explain the data
- Critically evaluate information and decompose it into a detailed description of the issue
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills comfortable in proactively communicating with others both within and outside of the immediate team to resolve issues and get questions answered
- Must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision
