Job Summary
As a Cable Technician, you will play a vital role in shaping the way our customers experience cable TV, internet, and phone systems. Your expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing these systems will directly impact customer satisfaction. You'll have the opportunity to run cables, connect wires, troubleshoot a variety of issues, and ensure that every system operates flawlessly. This dynamic position involves working both indoors and outdoors, providing you with the chance to engage with customers and offer them exceptional technical support.
Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Build relationships and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Installation of Fiber and Coax: - Expertly install Drops (both aerial and underground). - Skillfully install Fiber or Coax Outlets to ensure optimal performance.
- Repair and Maintenance: - Tackle problems head-on with your problem-solving skills.
- Trouble Call Management - Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently. - Repair or replace Drops, Outlets, or Equipment to restore service promptly.
Experience
