Duties & Responsibilities: We are currently seeking an energetic Licensed Practical Nurse/Clinical Manager Assistant to assist the agency with the coordination of home health services to patients in their place of residence in accordance with physician orders. The LPN Clinical Care Manager Assistant is under the supervision of the Clinical Care Manager, and the Director of Nurses. The LPNs Clinical Care Manager Assistant is available all times during operating hours and participates in all activities relevant to professional services furnished, including the management of patient care. Must be able to assist the Clinical Care Manager to assist the management of agency activities. The LPN Clinical Care Manager Assistant will participate in developing standards which ensure safe and therapeutically effective service to patients and families. Ability to provide assistance in the oversight in a positive manner to team members in order to meet the needs of the agency.
Required experience:
- We are seeking License Practical Nurses (LPN) whose license is active and in good standing with the Louisiana State Board of Nursing
- Excellent clinical nursing skills and a background in ICU, ER, med/surg, or related skilled nursing care
- Experience with Home Health nursing is a plus
- Willingness & ability to drive throughout our territory if needed
