Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Personal Lines Sales Specialist (Protege) to join the team. This full-time, in-office role is perfect for someone who is driven, eager to learn, and ready to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Training:
- Set up necessary accounts and tools
- Learn agency systems and CRM
- Obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) and/or Life & Health insurance licenses within three weeks, with study materials provided by the agency
Daily Activities:
- Make 50-100 calls per day
- Complete 3-5 quote sheets per day
- Develop and implement personal marketing pipelines
Skills Development:
- Overcome objections and understand the target audience
- Continuously improve sales techniques and industry knowledge
Sales and Marketing:
- Quote and sell various insurance products
- Cross-sell and ask for referrals
- Educate clients on insurance products
- Attend community networking events
Compensation:
- Base salary plus commission, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
