Sr. Materials / Logistics Coordinator 1st shift
Overview :
The Materials / Logistics Coordinator will oversee and facilitate the shipping, packaging and logistics operations of our products and oversee order fulfilment from inventory to out the door. Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and products are processed through the delivery and / or warehouse system efficiently and safely. The successful candidate will need to be highly organized and efficient in order to handle the dynamics of this fast paced role.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate inbound foreign shipments with vendors / forwarders
- Process in SAP International spares orders
- Create commercial invoices
- Send to customer for shipping instructions
- Once receive instructions, coordinate shipments with carriers / forwarders
- Create labels, inland BOL .
- Upload all BOL’s - Domestic UPS / FedEx shipments next day into IShares (located in our office on wall near copy machine)
- Process Direct spares shipments
- Process Domestic shipments in Shipping Coordinator's absence. Create packing slips for international shipments in Shipping Coordinator's absence.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed
- Contribute and adhere to safety and quality
