What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Inspector / Estimator position at Primetime Energy Services?
As a Home Inspector, your role will be to diagnose existing issues with residential housing.
Your main focus will be determining how you can help the homeowners solve the issues you discover within their home. We only ask you to learn our training process within your first 60 days, stay true to your training and deliver your findings to the home owners.
Primary job responsibilities include:
- Test, diagnose and deliver a plan of action to resolve the homeowners problems with their home.
- Input data into reporting software
- Design work scopes and follow the file until completion
- Verify work was completed as proposed.
Qualifications:
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Housing knowledge focusing on the inner workings of the home.
- Ability to speak with confidence and poise
- Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
- Ability to work independently
- Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
