What we are looking for: Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Richmond, Indiana facility on all shifts. Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years Industrial Maintenance experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and basic electrical experience preferred Experience troubleshooting and repairing all mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems in the normal operation of equipment Welding and fabrication experience is preferred Knowledge and experience in adhering to OSHA and EPA regulations Ability to follow written and verbal instructions while making time-efficient decisions as well as the ability to work independently The ability to apply troubleshooting techniques/knowledge to mechanical equipment Hiring Requirements: Drug Testing/Screening Background check Reference check Must be able to successfully pass a lift test and pre-employment physical Must own basic tools What we offer: Stable work environment Starting pay ranging between $20-$30/hr Paid vacation/personal time Average Quarterly Bonus of $2,000 Increase after 90 days Annual Reviews with Increase Opportunity 11 Company paid holidays Retirement savings/401(k) plan with 4% company match Full Medical/Dental/Vision/Rx Benefits at a LOW out-of-pocket cost to our Employees!
