Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Growth Manager to focus on acquiring new business and driving revenue growth for our Sync business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target specific industries or markets
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business deals to achieve or exceed quota

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Experience:
3 years of experience in new business sales, account management, or a quota-carrying role

Skills:
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
