We are expanding our focus on multifamily developments and are seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to lead the execution of small to large-scale multifamily projects. In this role, you'll leverage your deep expertise in multifamily construction, drawing upon an extensive network of subcontractors and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Working Superintendent:
We have grown exponentially over the last couple of years and need a great task managing, excellent communicator Working Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of a site, from planning projects to ensuring completion.
This is a full-time hourly position with our fast-growing company. We have cultivated a professional, but friendly atmosphere where respect and communication are highly valued.
What You Will Do:
- Supervise and manage project completion to meet schedule requirements.
- Conduct weekly safety meetings
- Maintain compliance with OSHA safety regulations and applicable building codes.
- Schedule and attend inspections.
- Ability to manage complex projects
- Responsive to emails, phone calls, text etc. with appropriate timeframe.
- Manage all aspects of construction including safety, quality and schedules
- Supervise and schedule subcontractors
- Look ahead, plan work in advance
- Trouble shoot
- Liaison with Inspectors, Building Engineers, and Managers
- Schedule subcontractors, and vendors based on critical path to ensure timely completion
- Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite
- Communicate with project team regarding RFI’s, and Material Submittals
- Ensure that subcontractor(s) are fully executing & complying with their contracted scope of work
- Perform quality control duties & responsibilities regarding the work being performed
- Perform job progress and completion, punch list identification and completion
- Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner
- Perform as lead foreman if needed to work on a job physically
Qualities and Skills You Will Need:
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience as construction superintendent directing multiple trades. Residential experience required, commercial a plus.
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.
- Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations;
- Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Able to read and interpret written information.
- Ability to use the following tools: telephone, fax machine, written logs, email, computer, Apple/Android devices, digital camera.
- Excellent time management. Experience in following and setting deadlines, and driving towards completion.
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel to and from projects. Good driving record with proper licensing and insurance.
- At least Ten years of commercial renovation or construction experience, including paint, light electrical adjustments, plug & switch plate and general handyman skills.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
