What are the responsibilities and job description for the Primis Works Associate position at Primis Bank?
Position Summary: Primis Works is a four-month internship experience for mothers who are single, that combines classroom education, mentorship, personal and professional development, and extensive job training in a variety of departments at Primis. This position is responsible for actively participating in training sessions, focus groups, and job rotations.
- Attend all required classes and training sessions.
- Actively participate in job rotations, completing assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with teammates on group projects and assignments.
- Participate in focus groups and mentor programs.
- Make suggestions for program improvements.
- Maintain compliance with and adhere to all state and federal regulations and bank policies and procedures, including, but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, FACT ACT, Community Reinvestment Act, and EEO/AA/Fair Employment Practices.
- All other duties as assigned.
- In person attendance required.
- Regular, reliable and predictable attendance.
- High School or Equivalent
- High degree of initiative
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to learn new duties and take on increasing responsibility
- Continuous remaining in a stationary position, particularly, but not limited to, at a desktop computer
- Continuous repetitive use of hands/arms; particularly concerning to typing, writing, phone & computer use
- Continuous communication: verbal and written, in-person, phone and electronic
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
