What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Technical Recruiter position at Primis?
Primis are a specialist provider of technology talent solutions to the startup & scaleup ecosystem across the US. We are headquartered in NYC and are in office 3 days a week in our Union Square offices. We are looking for a senior technical recruiter to join our high performing team of 5. Ideally you will have experience doing technical recruitment in an agency or in-house setting.
You will be responsible for:
- Source high caliber software engineers for our clients, typical salaries are between $160k - $230k
- Become an expert on LinkedIn recruiter and actively network with top engineering talent
- Support the account director on key client accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Manage candidates effectively throughout the process to ensure a good experience
- Actively build strong networks for future pipeline
- Meet with our clients to understand their hiring goals
We will offer:
- Base salary of $65k - $85k depending on experience
- Excellent development opportunities and 1-2-1 training
- Commission structure rising to 40% and $120k year 1 OTE
