What are the responsibilities and job description for the Buffet Food Server position at Primm Valley?
SUMMARY:
It is the responsibility of the Buffet Server, under supervision of the F&B Manager to serve Customers. This position serves various beverages and assists Customers with dining options. Additional duties include cleaning and resetting tables, providing refills and helping coworkers as needed. Experience preferred but not necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain uniform appearance according to established guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Adheres to Health Dept and Alcohol Awareness standards.
- Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner. Thank guests. Always invite guests back to the outlet.
- Know all menu items.
- Clear and clean tables using bus tubs and trays.
- Know locations of all Primm Valley outlets and services available to the guests.
- Relay all guest compliments and complaints to the Manager on duty.
- Keep work area stocked with needed supplies, keep work area neat, clean and organized.
- Complete assigned side work.
- Assist with maintaining a neat, clean and safe working environment. Turnover/takeover station according to established procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages is required.
- Menu and food item experience is helpful.
- Must have good people skills and a well-groomed appearance.
- Must read, write, speak and understand English.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum six months previous food handling experience preferred
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have current Health Card and alcohol awareness certification.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Ability to navigate point of sale system.
