SUMMARY:
Responsible for day-to-day operations of Front Desk and Pool.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures quality guest service through Front Desk operations and Pool.
- Sets the appropriate standards to maintain guest expectations.
- Interacts with guests to maintain quality assurance.
- Provides overall leadership to Hotel Operations Department.
- Controls daily revenue to optimize financial potential
- Maintains open communication with all departments
- Controls daily revenue to optimize financial potential
- Carries out managerial responsibilities and etiquette in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include hiring, discipline, and separations, planning; assigning, scheduling and directing employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree [GED].
- Three to five years related experience in Hotel Operations.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as rules, regulations and operating and maintenance instructions.
- Must possess the ability to write reports and correspondence.
- Must possess the ability to speak effectively.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
- Must possess the ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
- Must possess the ability to deal with standardized and complex situations.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
