SUMMARY:
Responsible for overseeing daily operations of multiple quick service restaurants to include Starbucks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains certification in all QSR areas to include but not limited to, cashiering, and product prep.
- Prepares the schedule of the QSR & Starbucks personnel to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Promotes positive customer service by assisting guests in addressing their complaints and resolving their problems.
- Monitors restaurant transactions to ensure the correct recording of sales, including the separation of comp sales, when applicable; reviews and checks customer credit cards strictly following company policies and procedures.
- Accepts, verifies, and documents store deliveries.
- Performs daily cleaning duties such as floors, prep areas, front line and walk in coolers.
- Monitors and maintains an inventory of food supplies needed in the operation.
- Ensures the general cleanliness of the restaurants and ensure health standards are adhered to.
- Ability to attend training classes as required by various franchise operations.
- Maintain and promote a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Adhere to current laws and policies to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior.
- Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner.
- Must have the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises QSR personnel. Interview, hire, and train in designated outlets of responsibility. Plan, assign and direct daily work. Appraise performance; document concerns and discipline; address complaints; resolve problems; control the flow of supplies and materials; provide for the safety and security of department employees.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one (1) year QSR management experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Clark County Health Card, Alcohol Awareness Card
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills. Knowledge of MGT, Patron and Cage software preferred.
