Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer PC is a full-service law firm with offices in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Washington, D.C. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Intake and Billing Assistant to join our Finance Team in our Burlington, Vermont office.
The Intake and Billing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Firm’s finance and accounting processes. The position involves a variety of tasks related to the Firm’s intake and billing procedures, ensuring smooth operations and the timely processing of client billing
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the matter intake process and client billing cycle.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline and maintain efficient contact and conflict management databases.
- Support the Finance Team with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
- Capable of working efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
