Responsibilities
The Director of Industrial Engineering Project Team Leader will lead a team of Industrial Engineers and be responsible for the creation and execution of national processes and initiatives that improve operational efficiencies and enhance our customers’ experience. This position will also be responsible for establishing the necessary policies, processes, alignment of resources, and metrics, and developing timelines to maximize the effectiveness of the projects. Additionally, the individual will be accountable for developing and driving analysis and KBIs related to service execution, production capacity, demand/delivery frequency, equipment throughput, and other functional support enterprise-wide. The Director of Industrial Engineering must be comfortable collaborating and communicating with cross-functional partners to drive business results while managing customer needs and expectations.

- Lead and navigate complex projects through to completion while managing multiple stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional partnerships with Production, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, finance, and other enterprise-wide teams to drive results.
- Suggest, document, and implement process improvement strategies for a more modern and efficient execution.
- Recommend work area designs to ensure effective use of space, ergonomic principles, and streamlined process flow.
- Contribute to our customer-centric culture by acting with urgency in process development and execution.
- Provide a business case for prioritizing high-impact opportunities establishing links to business strategies and sustainable process improvement.
- Analyze data to develop actionable insights.
- Work with a broad range of management levels ranging from individual contributors to the ExCom.
- Drive results through communication, training, and engagement.
- Apply logistical acumen & an OPEX-focused approach when problem-solving to meet customer service expectations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within project teams
- Mentor and develop team members, encouraging professional growth and skill development
- BA/ BS Degree required (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics major strongly preferred)
- 8 years’ experience preferred.
- LSS Green or Black Belt
- Practiced cross-functional leadership & communication.
- Strong analytical skills and extremely comfortable developing actionable insights from large data sets
- Excellent written, and verbal communication, and people skills
- Experienced in managing metrics and understanding how to solve problems analytically.
- Experience with Project Management Principles.
- Experience managing and anticipating business challenges and changes.
- Ability to provide insights and information effectively and influence decision-makers.
- Ability to be innovative and creative.
- Strong technical ability and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- OBI, data extraction, Tableau, or Power BI experience is a plus.
- Consumer goods and beverage industry experience is a plus.
- Role requires heavy travel.
- Valid Driver's License
Salary : $170,000 - $200,000
