Team Leader

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for driving sales while maintaining a positive work environment.

Duties

• Must be 18 years old to legally operator a slicer
• Must be able to open store 2-3 days per week from 9-3pm, with possible weekend shifts too.
• Lead and manage a team of employees
• Daily prep to ensure inventories are available for both lunch and dinner shifts.
• Maintain a serve-safe environment for safe handling of food.
• Assist in monitoring and ordering food and paper supplies to adequate levels.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to ensure product availability.
• Foster a customer-centric environment by delivering outstanding service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.

Skills

• Available to learn how to operate a deli slicer.
• Proven experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in cash handling practices, including experience with cash registers.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships with customers.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and customers.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
