Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking their orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining areas to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Engage with customers to promote menu items and upsell products effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and health regulations.
- Experience operating POS systems is a plus.
- A genuine passion for coffee and knowledge of different brewing methods is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
