What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Team Lead position at Primo Partners-Ben & Jerry's-Starbucks?
Guest Service Team Leader is our name for part time team members that have an eye for detail and leadership. These team members assist management with helping the business thrive while leadership may not be in attendance, ensuring that no one walks out unhappy.
Guest Service Team Leader’s will report directly to a Hospitality Expert, Operator Apprentice and General Manager. Their training is specialized around daily in-store and out-of-store operational functions with an additional focus on becoming an expert at leading shifts, delegating tasks and being a flavor coach.

It all started with a single scoop shop and has since grown to multiple shop locations, along with booming, trailblazing, and system-leading Off Premise Catering operations in North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee and Texas.
