What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Order Selector, Night Shift position at Primo Produce?
Primo Number One in Produce, Inc. has an immediate openings for part-time, night shift Order Selectors. Competitive starting rate of $20/hr. Employees are eligible for incentive pay after a training period of 30 days.
Incentive paid selectors earn an average of $30 /hour.
Schedule: 3:00pm start on Saturday / 6:00pm start on Sunday & Monday. Holiday work is required per business needs.

- Minimum 1 year experience using a ride-on, electric pallet jack.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse year-round.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Ability to accurately select cases as directed by a voice headset system.
- Ability to select cases in high volume numbers - a plus.
- Fast learner with the willingness to improve.
- Must be able to stand/walk for most of the shift.
- Must be available to work the scheduled shift including holidays.
Successful candidates will meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Quick learner with strong judgment skills.
- Familiar with warehouse/order selector activities.
- Must work well independently and with a team.
- Must be reliable with good attendance.
- Must be available to work a shift that includes holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Fulltime employees are eligible for a full benefit package after 60 days including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off after 60 days, holiday pay and a 401(k) plan.
