What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Warehouse Associate Picker, Day Shift position at Primo Produce?
Primo Number One in Produce, Inc. has an immediate full-time, day shift opening for a dependable Warehouse Associate/Piece Line Picker in our refrigerated warehouse.
- Work Schedule: 7:00am start, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Sat
- Days off: Friday & Sunday
Overtime work as needed by the business; schedules are subject to change per business needs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: picking for the piece-line, will-call, pallet building, residual put away, plus other assigned duties as requested by Management.

- General experience working in a warehouse environment.
- 1 year of experience using an electric, ride-on, pallet jack.
- 1 year of experience using a stand-up, 30-foot, high reach forklift.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse all year round.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Solid teamwork skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent attendance and proven record of reliability.
- Fluent in the English language, bilingual is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Candidates must possess the following to be considered:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with general warehousing activities.
- Strong judgment skills and ability to act quickly.
- Great communication skills with all departments.
- Computer literate including MS Excel, internet, email.
- Must be available to work holidays as required by the business.
Compensation will commensurate with experience | Bi-weekly pay.
