Job Description
Complete project objectives in time to meet the vehicle and other milestones in alignment with a product launch or other relevant cycles.
Maintain product backlog for all projects, solve issues with the team, set individual priorities, and ensure overall project delivery that meets the product feature needs of stakeholders.
Quality testing / validation and troubleshooting any network related issues between DCM and the MNO partners.
Adapt new technologies, tools, and processes from the organization as needed.
Serve as expert on overall Network issues and assist in troubleshooting communication and application incidents.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies in the Wireless and Vehicular industry and translate their application in an operation environment and user experience.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance future products and customer experience.
Work closely with internal / external teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and identify RCA.
Requirements
What you bring :
6 years of experience in detailed analysis of logs, identifying and troubleshooting network related issues to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Excellence in professional presentation / reporting skills to executives.
Strong understanding of Wireless Carriers, technologies (e.g., 4G / 5G, NSA, and SA) and of 4G & 5G (and future generation) Wireless Protocols.
Detailed knowledge of IP Protocols including IPv4, IPv6, routing protocols and network protocols
Work closely with internal / external teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and identify RCA.
Develop and execute test cases, create comprehensive reports, and present findings to team members.
Experience with network simulator equipment and various test / logging tools (QXDM, QCAT, XCAP, XCAL, Wireshark, Anritsu)
Understands 3GPP specifications, perform analytical studies of the features, and evaluate their application and benefits.
Proven professional experience in telematics and multimedia development.
Experience working closely with design, software firmware, testing, and manufacturing teams.
Excellent PowerPoint and strong presentation skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced teams with quick decision making.
