Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires a blend of food preparation, customer interaction, and teamwork to maintain our high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Assist in food preparation, ensuring that all items are prepared according to safety and quality standards.
• Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently for order taking and processing transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle food safely, adhering to all health regulations and guidelines.
• Perform basic math calculations for cash register operations and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Engage with customers to enhance their experience and address any concerns or feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in food preparation or the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Basic math skills for cash register operations and retail math applications.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
• Must be able to follow food handling guidelines and safety protocols effectively.

Pay: $14.81 - $16.00 per hour
