**$2-$3 more per hour from credit card and cash tips
Team Member:
Team members will rotate and work each position as needed. Great opportunity to grow within the company.
Front Counter/Cashier Responsibilities:
· Be knowledgeable on all aspects of the menu as well understanding the flow of the kitchen.
· Taking orders from customers at the counter, over the phone, and processing online orders.
· The Cashier is in charge of all assigned registers, responsible to process cash and credit card transactions
· Be competent with POS systems,
· Most importantly ensure that the customers’ expectations are met and orders are accurate. *The Cashier may also be needed to assist at other positions from time to time. *
- Slicer Responsibilities:*
- · Knowing how to properly operate a Slicer is a must.*
- · At least 18 years of age. *
- · Slicer should be knowledgeable on all menu items and recipes*
- · Responsible for slicing, preparing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, rotating and properly merchandising the products. *
- · Products include deli meats, deli cheeses, produce, hot and cold hoagies, catering trays, and merchandiser side items. *
- · Maintaining the cleanliness of the station, *
- · Slicer may also be needed to assist at other positions from time to time. *
- Dresser Responsibilities:*
- · A Primo Hoagies Dresser/Sandwich Maker should be knowledgeable on all menu items, recipes and how to operate ovens. *
- · The Dresser is responsible for dressing, preparing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, rotating and properly merchandising the products. *
- · Products include deli meats, deli cheeses, produce, hot and cold hoagies, catering trays, and merchandiser side items. *
- · Maintaining the cleanliness of the station and frequently restocking of the station is of upmost importance. *The Dresser may also be needed to assist at other positions from time to time.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of our products
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Provide friendly and prompt customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Culinary background or experience in the food industry is desirable
