Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our fast paced environment. As a PrimoHoagies Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
-Slicer
- The Slicer is responsible for preparing, slicing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, and merchandising the products. Products include deli meats, cheeses, produce, hot and cold hoagies, catering trays, and merchandiser side items. Must be professional, polite, reliable and provide excellent customer service.
Dresser
- The Dresser is responsible for preparing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, and merchandising the products. Products include deli meats, cheeses, produce, hot and cold hoagies, catering trays, and merchandiser side items. Must be professional, polite, reliable and provide excellent customer service.
Manager
- The Manager should be able to open and close the restaurant, purchase food and beverage inventory, open the register, track inventory, train and manage the staff, work with suppliers and manage your advertising. Must be professional, polite, reliable and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including dining areas and kitchen spaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately..
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while preparing and serving food.
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience and address any inquiries or concerns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
