Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review AI-generated camera events for accuracy.
- Dismiss false alerts based on general guidance and assign accurate alerts for coaching in PSC’s telematics system.
- Using organizational structure guidance, assign coaches for events that require follow up.
- Notify local Fleet management of hardware issues such as cameras not reporting or obstructions.
- Update telematics platform to ensure accurate drivers and locations are identified.
- Attend all GPS/telematics required meetings.
- Communicate updates or changes to Business Unit Leaders.
- Establish and distribute weekly reporting.
- HSE Administration and data entry.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- General knowledge of fleet and equipment operations is desired.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to follow general guidance on camera events that require action or dismiss incorrectly AI generated alerts.
- Ability to and communicate effectively and react to changing conditions of program administration.
- Proven ability to multi-task and maintain focus on overall objectives.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
