Job Overview : #LI-RC1
The SCADA Engineer will report to the Manager, SCADA & Performance Engineering, and support both Pre-construction & Operations. For Pre-construction, this individual will work with Engineering, Estimating, and Procurement to review client SCADA specifications and solicit SCADA quotes. For Operations, this individual will review SCADA plans / drawings supplied by our SCADA vendors and Engineers of Record (EORs) and support all commissioning and performance needs as required while assisting the project team in managing the 3rd party SCADA supplier.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Review & comment on client-provided SCADA technical specifications and Scope of Work (SOW)
- Solicit proposals from SCADA suppliers / vendors / subcontractors.
- Work with Substation, BESS and O&M vendors to streamline communication process around SCADA requirements.
- Review & comment on SCADA drawing packages provided by 3rd party SCADA vendors and EORs.
- Support Operations project team in managing 3rd party SCADA providers and visit project sites as required.
- Attend trainings provided by SCADA providers and Equipment Manufacturers.
- Assist construction team during SCADA commissioning and Performance team during plant performance testing.
- Support troubleshooting efforts by Operations as well as O&M teams for active sites and those in warranty stages.

Salary : $82,000 - $145,000
