Job Description:
This position offers an opportunity to work as a skilled electrician assisting in various electrical projects. Responsibilities include practicing safety rules, following instructions, safe use of tools, and reporting to supervisors. Additionally, you will be accountable for quality work, tools, and materials, and must be able to perform terminations up to 1500V AC and DC, read construction drawings, and understand specifications. Other key duties include working with team members, installing underground cabling, and running basic electrical test equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have one to two years of experience in specified skills and hold a Michigan Apprentice Electrician Certified License. A strong understanding of electrical systems, ability to install cabling and conduits, and proficiency in using test equipment are essential requirements. You should also be physically fit to perform tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working at heights, as well as standing or walking for long periods.
