Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Site Technician/Qualified MSHA Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our safety team, you will play a crucial role in defining and maintaining an appropriate safety program consistent with company policies and federal regulations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Area Safety Manager in developing and implementing safety procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of emergency equipment and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance on OSHA and MSHA regulations.
- Monitor inventory of personal protective equipment and routine safety supplies.
- Coordinate with field supervision to conduct weekly safety meetings and promote a culture of safety awareness.
Qualification Standards
- At least three (3) years of experience in MSHA related safety.
- Qualified MSHA Instructor (blue card holder).
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Knowledge of OSHA and MSHA regulations.
