Primoris Pipeline is now searching for an HSE Training Coordinator to support our training efforts in Beaumont, Texas! This entry-level role is the perfect foot-in-the-door opportunity for a motivated, bilingual self-starter who is eager to grow their career in safety training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions, workshops, and orientations.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and certification logs for employees.
- Coordinate with trainers, employees, and management to ensure training needs are met.
- Prepare training materials, manuals, and reports as needed.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company training requirements and deadlines.
- Support the tracking of employee progress through training programs.
- Manage communication regarding training schedules, updates, and requirements.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
- Attend and support occasional Saturday training sessions when required.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
