This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management and production tracking through our ERP system. The position collaborates closely with facility teams, accounting, and corporate departments to maintain smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Processing & Documentation – 90%
- Enter daily receipts, production data, and revenue into accounting software
- Process customer invoices and waivers promptly and accurately
- Approve and properly code vendor invoices to support timely payment and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across facility, accounting, and corporate departments
- Maintain and develop documentation that aligns with SOX and company policies
- Support ad hoc projects and additional duties as assigned
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory, accounts receivable/payable, or related roles preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus
- ERP system experience (e.g., Viewpoint, SAP) strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving
