TEMP- Receptionist- Q3 Contracting, Gas Operations

Primoris Gas Operations which consist of companies such as Q3 Contracting, ARB, Primoris Distribution Services, Pride and Future has over 60 years of experience working in the natural gas distribution industry. Over this time, we have maintained numerous customer relationships spanning more than two decades. Q3 Contracting has an immediate opening for a Receptionist at our Commerce City, Colorado office.

"Position is Temporary, 6-7 week assignment / Full-time.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage front desk activities, other duties and projects as assigned Greet Visitors
• Answer phone in a timely and friendly manner and transfer as needed
• Maintain various Excel tracking sheets
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Properly scan and document paperwork
• Order and inventory office supplies on a weekly basis
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Prompt and courteous customer service skills both on telephone and in person.
• Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to be effective and efficient.
• Must be comfortable and effective working in an environment with changing demands, delays and responding to unexpected situations.
• Ability to maintain and protect confidential information.
• Proficient user of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with all customers (internal/external).
• Bilingual Spanish skills desired, but not required.
  
  

Education and/ or Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year’s clerical/administrative experience
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Effective organizational skills.

Compensation: $20.00- $22.00/ hour (DOE)
