- Analyze incoming data and video from telematics providers on PSC assets.
- Take appropriate actions to ensure accurate data and minimize lag in assignment or dismissal of events.
- Stay current on incoming video alert queues to prevent delays in processing events.
- Dismiss false alerts based on general guidance and assign accurate alerts for coaching in PSC's telematics system.
- Using organizational structure guidance, assign coaches for events that require follow-up.
