We are seeking a detail-oriented Field Office Clerk to assist on our Madisonville, TX project with start date of May 2025. As a Field Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations on the ground.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support on the job site.
- Manage all Field Office Admin duties, including timesheet entries, equipment reports, arranging meetings, and direct communication with Division office.
- Some HR duties will also be part of this role.
Requirements:
- Follow verbal and written instructions.
- Report to and assist immediate supervisor.
- Perform quality work as determined by project specifications.
- Must work well as part of a team.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Makes copies of correspondence and other printed materials.
- Compose and/or maintain all reports, badge requests, etc., as required.
- Initiates all testing and training that is required for all projects.
- Answers and manages foreman's, project engineers, project managers, and employees telephone calls
- Constant communication with several different departments in the Houston, TX main office.
- Data entry and contact management
- Ensures all documents are scanned into the digital file management system.
- Effectively files resources and/or documentation according to our electronic standards.
- Maintain open communication with supervisors and all office employees on projects.
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
- Clarify and resolve problems; coordinate work; maintain working relationships.
Qualification Standards:
- Prior experience working in Construction and administrative duties.
- Bilingual written/speaking is desirable.
- Knowledge of Outlook, and Excel is a plus.
- Must maintain a professional demeanor.
- Must be able to work under deadlines, be reliable, and be able to work independently.
- Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
