Job Description :
The HR Coordinator provides support and guidance throughout the new employee onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enter all necessary information from hire paperwork into UKG.
- Compose and / or maintain all reports, badge requests, etc., as required.
- Initiates any testing / training that is required for projects.
- Guides applicants through the hiring process in accordance with Primoris policies and procedures.
- Utilizes Applicant Tracking System to move candidates through the application process and updates appointment arrival status for NHE and NHO.
- Initiates candidate onboarding and matching them to the proper requisition.
- Ensures all documents are scanned into the digital file management system.
- Assist reception desk when necessary.
- Maintain open communication with co-workers, project supervisors, field personnel, etc.
- Clarify and resolve problems; coordinate work; maintain working relationships with all.
