**Job Summary:**
Primos Auto Insurance is growing business in the Central Valley with multiple offices open and more to come. We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. **Responsibilities:**
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
-Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
-Help protect customers by offering products that will meet their needs
-Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
-Educate prospective customers
-Provide a positive customer experience
- Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals
- Provide guidance on selecting the most appropriate coverage options
- Assist clients in filing insurance claims and processing policy changes
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to analyze customer needs and preferences
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively
**Skills:**
- Strong sales administration skills
-Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred
-No insurance experience required
-Willing to obtain necessary Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)
-Confident, motivated individual
-Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up
-Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, required
- Experience in outside sales or retail sales preferred
- Ability to analyze customer information and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in telemarketing techniques
- Strong negotiation skills
