PrimRose Home Care & Hospice is currently hiring for an RN case manager
Qualifications:
· Requires current RN license and BLS Certification
· Must have reliable transportation and provide proof of auto insurance
Responsibilities:
· Provides skilled nursing care to patients in their home under the general guidance and direction of the Director of Nursing
· Admit and assess new patients, complete plan of cares, recertifications, and all paperwork in a timely manner.
· Perform other tasks as assigned
