Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the grounds/lawn crew in daily landscaping and maintenance tasks.
- Oversee and engage in lawn care practices, including mowing, weeding , cleanup and removal of all trash and debris from the landscape.
- Ensure proper groundskeeping practices are followed.
- Train and mentor team members in horticulture and gardening techniques.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate project timelines and tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
