Primrose School at Candelas is an accredited private preschool that provides a premier educational child care experience. We offer year-round programs for children from infant through elementary-aged school age. The Administrative Support position has to be someone available to work between the hours of 6:30am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday. No nights or weekends!
Job Responsibilities:
The ideal individual will exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Administrative Support will work independently on projects, manage schedules and calendars, support administrative functions including but are not limited to answering phone calls, greeting families and staff, assisting in classrooms with lunch breaks and restroom breaks, assisting with specific codes throughout the day and supporting classroom needs.

Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience working in a licensed childcare facility preferred not required.
- Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
- Must pass Background Check upon start.
