- Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the facility
- Collaborate with the Director in strategic planning and implementing educational programs

- Engage with parents, staff, and the community to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to budgeting and financial planning activities to support the educational mission
- Participate in educational administration tasks such as curriculum development and assessment
- Educate and mentor staff on best practices in early childhood education
- Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children
